  • Small rucksack

  • Cap or sun hat
  • Sports sunglasses with UV protection
  • Hiking boots (optional)
  • 2 pairs of trainers (in case 1 gets wet)
  • Multiple pairs of running leggings and/or shorts
  • Plenty of vests & t-shirts for training
  • Hoodies & cover-ups, especially Spring & Autumn months
  • Nightwear & slippers
  • Supportive sports swimwear x 2
  • Flip flops/sliders
  • Goggles & swim hat (optional)
  • Smart casual outfit for the celebration dinner finale!
  • Any medication & blister plasters
  • Insect repellent
