RED Magazine have long wanted to bring to life their vision for a one-off perimenopause retreat for their readers. Fortunately, they knew the best place to come was Europe’s number one all-season fitness retreat, The Body Camp.
Together, The Body Camp and RED will be presenting a special programme for women starting the next phase of their life when perimenopause rears its head. The retreat runs from 15th-20th September (Sunday-Friday).
Featuring a specially-crafted plant-based diet with our nutritional head chef Ben Whale, and our all-immersion fitness programme containing extra yoga, sound bath and wellness sessions with our head trainer, Rick Parcell. RED magazine’s editor Sarah Tomczak plus other members of the editorial team will be on-site during the week and holding special talks, one-off discussions and generally ensuring all guests leave with less fear about perimenopause and more knowledge of how to make the ride into menopause and the next stage in their lives far smoother.

- A Nyapi session (the Balinese practice of complete silence) followed by a spirit-lifting sound bath
- A six-hour hike through the beautiful Mallorcan hills, finishing with some cold-water therapy in the sea
- Fartlek training to strengthen bones, ligaments and tendons as well as improving your cardiovascular system; work with a variety of partners to get stronger and have fun
