The Body Camp Koh Samui

Overview

Following the inaugural Body Camp pop-up here in 2025 to celebrate our 10-year anniversary of being the leaders in holistic health retreats, we are heading back to the stunning tropical island of Koh Samui, in Thailand, with its perfect exotic beaches, lush jungle, insane fresh food, and a private villa to die for with sea and mountain views...we're pretty *smug face* and excited for this autumn adventure. The Body Camp has teamed up with our local training academy for state-of-the-art gym equipment and racket ball courts, with some fantastic Thai-style fitness classes and also our local Health Lab for recovery and relaxation. Ice baths, infrared sauna treatments and spa visits will all feature in the recovery element of our programme, and we plan to introduce you to the island in a way that will be unforgettable and give you the maximum health and feelgood benefits of a first-class Body Camp pop-up! Our private Thai chef will once again be working alongside our very own Executive Head Chef, Ben Whale, to offer you all our usual gorgeous plant-based meals but with the addition of local delicacy options for some stunning Thai-style cuisine. There will also be the opportunity to experience some meals out in the amazing local restaurants with the crew so that you can experience all that this beautiful island has to offer. Our villa will be our recharging and chill-out haven and most of the training will be out and about, so expect beach fun and games, sauna and ice baths, weights, circuits, gym, fun Thai fitness classes, island hikes, and our very own Body Camp sprinkle of magic to keep all our return guests thrilled and our new guests blown away. Your stay will also include a fabulous full day 4x4 safari adventure into the lush jungle of the island interior, exploring temples, waterfalls and beaches, sampling fresh Thai food, and visiting one of the most ethical elephant sanctuaries in Thailand. In short, an incredible experience of all that Koh Samui has to offer. Because of the flight time we know lots of our Campers will be looking for 2+ week stays, so you can book 1, 2, 3 or 4 week stays and come along for the ride! Simply add each week's room as a separate item to your basket if you want to stay for more than one week.
