Rick Parcell
Rick has been an integral part of The Body Camp since its inception in 2016. He began his fitness coach journey by spending 14 years as a personal training instructor with the British military, gaining all of his fitness coaching qualifications during this time.
Upon leaving the military, Rick headed to the warmer climes of LA, and spent time training in the legendary Gold's Gym on Venice Beach; it was here that he discovered his passion for a holistic mind and body approach to fitness, and his vocation for transforming lives with it.
In his 10+ years at The Body Camp, Rick has helped thousands of guests discover their true potential in life, and is generally acknowledged to be in the top 1% of transformational life coaches in the world.
