FAQs
Where is The Body Camp UK?
The home of our UK retreat is The Corn Crib, a converted barn on the beautiful Hesdin Hall estate in Somerset. The estate dates from the Georgian period, and was converted into a luxury holiday estate in 2020.
The address is:
The Corn Crib, The Hesdin Estate, Chapmanslade, Wiltshire BA13 4GF

What shall I bring?
Lots of layers! With our unpredicatable UK weather, it's best to bring cover-ups, waterproofs and warm clothing as well as your usual workout wear.
A recommended kit list is here: UK kit list
Please do check the weather forecast for Somerset, UK before you arrive as this will help you prepare.
It's a very relaxed vibe at The Body Camp, so casual loungewear and gym wear is all you'll need.
What will the programme be?
The UK programme is an 'edited highlights' version of our iconic, full-immersion, 7-day programme.
Expect our favourite Body Camp team circuits, boxing, yoga, pool games, plant-based cookery demos, quizzes, camp fires, cold water therapy, and anything else we think might make your weekend as fun as possible. With the addition of a hot tub and sauna, and plenty of all-important downtime, the weekend will fly by in the best possible way.
We don't issue a set timetable beforehand, as the exact programme will depend on a few different factors such as the weather, and the size of the guest group, but you'll find out the next day's schedule at dinner the evening before.
Are there any extras available?
As our UK programme is our usual Body Camp schedule condensed into a long weekend, your time with us will be full of exercise, nutrition and fun.
There aren't any extras on offer currently due to the time constraints, but it's something we may consider in future.
