What To Expect

From your stay at The Body Camp Koh Samui

(HINT: THERE'S NO SUCH THING IN KOH SAMUI!)

A Typical Day

Our full-immersion programme will leave you challenged but rested; invigorated and restored; stronger but calmer.

At The Body Camp, we advocate for rest and recharging as much as we do for circuits and sweaty, fun workouts. Your mornings will start early with workouts or yoga, but your afternoons will be for resting, sunbathing and chilling.

Mealtimes will be spent as a group mostly around our villa table, but we're also taking you for a couple of evening meals at amazing local restaurants for the full Thai experience.

The villa will be our relaxation haven and the majority of our exercise programme will involve being out and about at our local training academy with its state of the art gym equipment, racket ball courts, and some fantastic Thai-style fitness classes. Our local Health Lab will also look after us for recovery & relaxation sessions in the ice baths & infrared saunas.

Expect weights, circuits, boxing, yoga, beach games, swimming, hiking - no two days are the same.

And as if that wasn't enough excitement, there's also....

EXPERIENCE THE NATURAL BEAUTY OF KOH SAMUI

4 x 4 Jungle Day Trip

We want to make sure you get a taste of everything that this beautiful island has to offer during your stay. That includes the lush jungle and wonderful local Thai culture on our doorstep.

We'll spend a day discovering jungle paths, temple trails, hidden beaches and waterfalls in guided safari vehicles, with freshly-prepared lunch at a jungle restaurant.

You'll have the opportunity to visit one of the most ethical elephant sanctuaries in Thailand to learn about the care and conservation of these incredible animals, before some beach relaxation and a short drive back to the villa.

What a day!
