2025 sees a return to our spiritual home: Ibiza!

Ibiza is not only a paradise for the senses but also a haven for those seeking  health restoration, physical development, and spiritual renewal. Known for its magnetic energy, the island has long been a destination for those looking to connect with nature and themselves on a deeper level. The tranquil landscapes, from pristine beaches to lush hills, create an ideal backdrop for meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practices that promote mental clarity and emotional healing.

The island’s unique vibe, combined with its rich cultural history and connection to wellness traditions, makes it a powerful place for rejuvenation. Here, the soothing rhythm of the sea and the gentle Mediterranean climate contribute to stress reduction, better sleep, and overall well-being, allowing visitors to reset, recharge, and realign with their true selves.

The Body Camp programme

At the heart of The Body Camp’s iconic health and fitness programme is our Full Immersion Programme, carefully designed by Europe’s No.1 top transformational coach, Ricki Parcell, to cover 7- or 14-day and multi-week retreats.

Full immersion training means that all of our groups engage in the programme to the best of their ability. This instantly takes you to new levels in all aspects, breaking societal norms and stigmas, helping you to form bonds and overcoming limiting beliefs, giving you an experience like no other.

Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social connections will transform you, and give you new-found strength, inner confidence, an open mindset and a fresh outlook on what you can achieve, both physically and mentally. You’ll leave The Body Camp with a new sense of confidence and self-esteem.

Body

Our dynamic fitness program is designed to offer a balanced mix of high-energy workouts and mindful recovery, ensuring every guest experiences a comprehensive approach to health. Start your day with an invigorating boxing session to build strength and endurance, followed by calming yoga to enhance flexibility and mental clarity. Energize your body through lively dance routines, and explore the island with a scenic hiking adventure. 

Dive into fun and challenging pool games, and push your limits with intense circuit training and weight sessions that target all areas of fitness. Whether you're looking to build muscle, improve mobility, or simply have fun, our programme is tailored to suit all levels and keep you engaged throughout your stay.

Mind

Our mindfulness programme is designed to cultivate inner peace, self-awareness, and emotional balance through a holistic approach. 

Physical exertion is balanced with recovery for mind and body; participate in group discussions where you’ll connect with like-minded individuals, sharing insights and experiences that foster personal growth. Our workshops will offer practical tools and techniques to help you deepen your mindfulness practice, manage stress, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, our programme provides the perfect environment to relax, reflect, and recharge. 


Food

At The Body Camp, we emphasise the power of plant-based nutrition to nourish both the mind and body. 

Our carefully curated menu features vibrant, nutrient-rich dishes that are not only delicious but also designed to optimize your energy levels, support recovery, and enhance overall well-being. By exploring the benefits of plant-based eating, you'll learn how a diet rich in whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and plant proteins can improve digestion, boost mental clarity, and reduce inflammation. Through demonstrations and discussions, we provide the knowledge and tools to understand how plant-based nutrition can be a sustainable, healing choice for a balanced and vibrant life, helping you feel your best inside and out.

Our minimum guest age is 18 - we do not accept children or teenagers under the age of 18 for insurance reasons.

We have no maximum age limit, as long as the participant is active and in good health.

We're an inclusive retreat - as long as you're active and generally in good health, you're welcome to join a Body Camp retreat.

We regularly have guests in their twenties working out alongside guests in their sixties, and some of our most frequent returners are in their seventies - age really is just a number at The Body Camp!

Check-in is between 16.00-19.00 every Saturday from Saturday 5th April to Saturday 27th October 2025. 

A Welcome evening meal will be served at 19.00. Please arrive in plenty of time to settle in and take the opportunity to meet your fellow guests and members of our team at dinner. You will discuss your meal preferences during this time with our chefs, find out your schedule for the following day's programme and book any extras or treatments for the week (unless you have pre-booked them online).

We are unable to accept ANY arrivals after 20.00.The programme will start at 06.00-06.30 the next day so it's absolutely essential that our guests and staff have an uninterrupted night's sleep in order to get the most out of the first day. Late arrivals unfortunately cause disturbance and noise to our other guests, and particularly to our staff, who have to be up even earlier the next morning.

If you are likely to be arriving later than 20.00, please find alternative accommodation for the night; use this link to see hotels close to the airport: Booking.com: Ibiza airport hotels. You must arrive at The Body Camp villa the next day by 06.30 in order to start the programme.

Check-out on the Saturday of departure is strictly 9am. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer late check-outs or luggage storage as Saturdays are our changeover days, and all guests and staff leave the villa to allow an external cleaning company to come in and ready the premises for the new arrivals.

Many guests on late flights head into Ibiza Town for a few hours' sightseeing or a long lunch, or go to a beach for some downtime. Our on-site team will be able to advise options.

Our carefully-curated Ibiza programme is designed specifically to cover six days (there is no fitness programme on arrival & departure days), and therefore we don't offer shorter stays here.

The programme itself starts on the Sunday morning and finishes on the Friday afternoon.

If necessary, you can arrive later or leave early, but please be aware that you will miss important parts of the programme, and you will still be charged for 7 nights.

You are more than welcome to stay for longer than 7 nights - we offer discounts for 14-, 21- or 28-night stays, so please enquire with our booking office on +44 (0)1548 859552 or info@thebodycamp.com if you would like to plan a longer stay.

Our UK retreat is our only location to offer short stays - these are 3 nights, from Friday to Monday.

The Body Camp is a primarily plant-based retreat, using local, organic produce wherever possible.

Plant-based nutrition is a hugely important element to our programmes, and we love to showcase it at our Ibiza retreat, which is home to our Executive Head Chef, Ben Whale.

You'll experience three healthy, nutritionally-balanced meals and a morning and afternoon snack every day, plus unlimited waters and teas. 

Caffeine is available at breakfast only. 

As well as eating our beautiful, nutritious and healthy meals while you're with us, you can also enjoy cookery demonstrations and nutritional tips and recipes during your stay. Our chefs love to talk about the benefits of plant-based eating and how it benefits your ability to exercise, so feel free to chat with them and ask questions.

In summary:

  • Cancellation policy
    • Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival date – 50% deposit retained
    • Cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date – 100% payment due
  • Change of Date/Amendments
    • We do allow date changes, within the same season, up to 8 weeks before arrival, and subject to an administration fee, currently £120.00. Additional fees will be charged for upgrades in rooms etc.
    • We allow name changes to a booking up to the week of arrival, subject to an administration fee, currently £80.00
    • Absolutely no changes to dates less than 8 weeks before arrival – no exceptions for any reason.
  • Insurance
    • We remind you that we very strongly recommend that everyone should have travel insurance in place at the point of booking. As noted above, no cancellation or date changes less than 8 weeks before arrival. We currently receive lots of last-minute requests to change or cancel bookings due to medical & personal reasons. All medical claims should be made to your travel insurance company. The Body Camp will provide the necessary cancellation invoices to support your claim, where requested. We do not offer any refunds, or change of date, for any reason, even where you do not hold appropriate insurance or your insurance claim is denied for any reason.
